Follow the evidence behind the label

Authority is assigned from the whole calculated graph. The explorer gives the chosen label alongside the specific center statuses or connecting path that supports it. Selecting a center alone does not select an authority; changing a lunar-node convention can change the graph and therefore the applicable rule.

The reading has three distinct parts: the calculated reason, the practice attributed to Human Design, and a qualification about what that interpretation establishes. Compare the explanation with the displayed channels before adopting its vocabulary.

Work through a change

Consider a synthetic gate set in which 37 and 40 form the only complete channel. That pair defines Ego and Solar Plexus, so the Emotional rule has priority. Remove 40 while leaving 37 alone, and no channel remains complete: the graph now has no defined center. The explanation must change with the facts instead of keeping the previous recommendation.

For Lunar authority, the explorer describes an attributed reflective practice; it does not calculate a waiting deadline. The Moon’s phase cycle differs from its return to the same zodiac position. A future transit tool must specify which interval it calculates.

Authority comes from auctoritas, standing or authorization. The system transfers this decision-giving role to its internally named bodily authorities.
