Do not substitute Strategy for Authority

Strategy addresses how an opportunity enters the process; Authority addresses deciding within it. A Generator can respond without treating the first reaction as final; a Manifestor can inform without skipping Authority; a Projector can decline after an Authority check. Reflector material commonly describes about 29.5 days for major decisions. That is an attributed practice, not an Atlas lunar transit calculation or the Moon's return to a zodiac position.
