Minor-body astrology expanded as observations and usable ephemerides made more objects accessible. Demetra George's work is an influential practitioner source for Ceres, Pallas, Juno and Vesta and for interpreting asteroid names through myth. Centaurs and dwarf planets add further astronomical populations; those classifications are not interchangeable.
Mythology & symbolic world
George uses goddess narratives to broaden astrological symbolism. Her approach illustrates a meaning-making method: connect a named object with stories and contemporary experience. The naming process does not demonstrate that the body causes the themes of its namesake.
Provenance: where the rules come from
Identify each object by catalog number, not only a familiar name, and retain the relevant ephemeris version. Distinguish real minor bodies from hypothetical Hamburg factors and mathematical points also called Lilith.

Choose an object and a documented mythic interpretation in advance, inspect its chart contacts, and record both fitting and unfitting personal examples.
A Ceres study can compare versions of the goddess narrative before considering the author's proposed themes; it need not turn those themes into claims about the reader.
