What this calculator computes
This Atlas tool starts at the natal tropical Ascendant: its sign is house one in a whole-sign chart. It accepts a completed age from 0 through 150, moves forward one sign for each completed year, and returns the activated sign, whole-sign house, and its traditional ruler. Age 0 therefore remains in the rising sign; age 12 returns there.
This is a fixed annual sequence, not a target-date converter. The result does not calculate a birthday transition, a solar return, monthly or daily profections, transits, or a different zodiac or house system. Preserve those distinctions when comparing it with another timing method.

Worked example · count in twelves
Use an invented chart with Taurus rising and completed age 29. Divide 29 by 12: two full cycles leave 5. Count five signs forward from Taurus: Gemini 1, Cancer 2, Leo 3, Virgo 4, Libra 5. The tool therefore reports Libra, the sixth whole-sign house, with Venus as its traditional ruler.
The arithmetic can be checked before any interpretation: take completed age modulo 12, then advance that many signs from the rising sign. This gives an inspectable classification. It does not establish what events will occur in a year.
Inspect planets already in the activated sign
The lecture counts one sign per year from the rising sign and treats natal planets in the reached house as activated; the slides summarize both rules. The Atlas consequently identifies any of the seven traditional natal planets occupying the activated sign and labels that fact as an attributed time-lord role.
For the Taurus-rising age-29 example, an invented natal Moon and Mars in Libra would both appear in the activated-sign inventory. That is a report of placements under the declared chart settings. The tool does not synthesize sect, dignity, aspects, transits, benefic or malefic judgments, or a predicted outcome from those labels.

Keep the timing claim visible
Use the result as a clearly named traditional timing convention. Record the Ascendant sign, tropical zodiac, whole-sign houses, completed age, activated sign, ruler, and any displayed occupants before consulting a source for interpretation. This makes the calculation reproducible and keeps an interpretive claim from looking like a raw chart fact.
A recurring sign every twelve years is an arithmetic consequence of twelve signs. It is not evidence that similar life events must recur.
