Harmonic identifies the transformed circle; orb retains the surrounding-circle or allowable-range sense. The phrase specifies tolerance in that harmonic frame.
Multiplication by the harmonic number scales a nearby natal deviation, so transformed orb divided by that number gives the local natal equivalent. Comparisons require declaring which space supplies the tolerance; a larger search can otherwise create misleadingly numerous matches.

Cochrane uses this for three planets mutually aspected in one harmonic. In Atlas's selected graph, it means a three-node clique: each of the three pair edges passes the declared factor and orb test.

A search rule that retains the smallest matching harmonic for a planetary combination, reducing listings of related higher harmonics.

Lowest identifies the smallest harmonic number meeting the chosen rule. It describes an ordering of integer transforms, not an older named doctrine.
The smallest qualifying harmonic is selected within the declared search range and pattern definition. This reduces related duplicates, but it is not an absolute property without those settings and does not make the retained pattern more evidentially meaningful.

Midpoint is the halfway point; structure names an arrangement of bodies around that relationship. The compound labels the whole configuration.
A declared midpoint branch and contact rule determine whether the third position qualifies. The result can be reproduced geometrically; it is not a physical three-body alignment, and antipodal endpoints require an explicit branch convention.

The denominator left after the nearest rational angular fraction k/h has been reduced to lowest terms. It identifies the smallest integer harmonic represented by that exact fraction and is distinct from a tool's lowest-qualifying-harmonic search option.

Reduced means expressed in lowest terms; order names the denominator used to index the smallest repeating angular division. It is an Atlas display term, not a historical school label attributed to Cochrane.
For a pair 72° apart, the nearest exact fraction is 1/5 and the reduced order is 5. That pair is also conjunct in H10, but H10 does not convert its primitive relation into a tenth-harmonic teaching. Nearness is separate: the inspector should display residual and declared orb, then say whether the selected factor qualifies.
